After a move to Texas, Barry worked VP of Engineering for Vertex Comms before the company was taken over by General Dynamics. Having moved to Dorset, Barry now works as a consultant for General Dynamics. |
Nicholas L | 1973 - 1978 | Principal Wedding Cake Designer at Woodnutts, creating cakes for large London hotel's, including Claridges, The Ritz and the Savoy. Commissioned to create cakes for the Royal Family, including a wedding cake for Lady Diana and Prince Charles, the Queen Mother's birthday, and the Christening of Prince Harry. Having written over a dozen cookery books, as well as instructional videos and DVDs, Nicholas co-founded The International Sugar Art Collection (ISAC), and The International School of Sugar and Confectionary Arts. | |
