History Department Ofsted Inspection

The History department believes that through our knowledge and understanding of the past we can better understand the present.  This is especially important as students gain a greater understanding of the world around them - locally, nationally and internationally.

The study of History enables students to question information, analyse data and become aware of the many short and long term consequences of events.
